About Me
I have been a Leadership Development Consultant & Coach for over 7 years, working on emerging leadership development programmes for Detectives for 1.5+ of those. My approach is built upon ethical and evidence-based practice, aligned with my background in Occupational Psychology. I bring a holistic perspective, appreciating people as individuals who work and live within complex systems. Inclusion and belonging are pillars of my work. I bring this to life through a person-centred approach that cultivates safe, non-judgmental learning spaces in which to explore development, address challenges, and celebrate successes together along the way.

Through coaching, facilitated workshops, programmes, and group learning environments, I create the conditions for leaders to step back, reflect, and examine how they think, behave, and relate to others at work. These experiences build clarity, confidence, and the capability to act with greater intention, while supporting leaders to find and embrace their leader identity.

My experience is broad, working with people in different sectors and roles with varying management and leadership responsibilities— from emerging and established leaders up to C-Suite executives from diverse backgrounds. Learning experiences explore a range of topics, but are not limited to: wellbeing, confidence, impact, leadership development, career development, transitions, relationship building, and culture change. Ultimately, I work with people to develop the confidence and capabilities to live and lead at their best.
